For the fashion lovers who are planning a trip to Paris this Fall, this piece of news will totally make your day. LVMH has set October 27 as the opening day for the much-awaited Louis Vuitton Foundation, a museum dedicated to showcase the corporate art collection of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton just outside Paris in Bois de Boulogne. The 126,000-square-foot building, which cost about $136 million dollar to build, is committed to promote contemporary artistic creation both in France and internationally. Designed by Canadian architect Frank Gehry, the building is suppose to resemble a glass cloud drifting over the treetops. You’ll be able to catch it for free at the institute for the first three days after its opening.
